Attorney Referrals

The firm accepts referrals from many attorneys. Subject to disclosure to and agreement in writing by the clients, the firm pays co-counsel fees to referring attorneys. As required by Massachusetts court rules, the existence of such arrangements are set forth in the Contingent Fee Agreement executed by the clients at the time of the firm’s acceptance of the case.
